Attorney Gregory Romanovsky started his legal career in Moscow, Russia. He earned his law degree from Boston College Law School in 2000. Since that time, he has practiced law exclusively within the field of immigration law. He represents clients in front of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service, the Executive Office of Immigration Review, the Board of Immigration Review, and the U.S. District Courts.
Attorney Romanovsky has served as the Chair for the Litigation Committee and on the Executive Board for the Boston Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association.

Associate
Angela Linhardt earned her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 2015. She first joined Romanovsky Law while still in law school as a legal intern and continued with the firm as an associate following her admission to the New York Bar.
Ms. Linhardt is a member of the New York Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), where she co-chaired the Pro Bono Committee from 2018 to 2020. She later returned to Boston University School of Law as a visiting attorney with its Immigrants’ Rights and Human Trafficking Clinic from June 2022 through early 2023.
Drawing on her experience with a nonprofit organization assisting survivors of domestic violence, as well as her work with Boston University’s Human Trafficking Clinic, Ms. Linhardt brings a trauma-informed, victim-centered approach to representing clients in VAWA and asylum matters. Her practice is grounded in understanding the particular challenges faced by survivors of domestic violence, trafficking, persecution, and other forms of trauma while providing clear and effective legal advocacy.

Attorney Wilson graduated from the Washington College of Law at American University in 1988 and opened a law office serving international clientele in Boston, MA in 1990. In addition to immigration law, Attorney Wilson represents start-ups and small businesses in a variety of commercial matters. In 2009, he co-founded Romanovsky Law LLP.
Attorney Wilson specializes in employment-based immigration, athlete and artist visas, intra-company transfers, and specialty occupation visas.

Attorney Livia Lungulescu practices in all areas of immigration law, including family- and employment-based, asylum, and deportation defense.
Attorney Lungulescu earned her law degree from the University of Bucharest Law School in Romania. She then earned her Master’s of Law degree from the Benjamin M. Cardozo school of law in New York.
